Pay is very competitive and the schedule provides a good work-life balance. Interviews will begin shortly. This Clinical Manager will oversee 30 FTEs and report to the Pharmacy Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: To provide development and management of inpatient pharmacy services to patients throughout the hospital. Works closely with the Pharmacy Manager, nursing leadership and other hospital staff to provide the highest degree in pharmacy services to the hospital inpatients. Develops and maintains operations and all policies and procedures for inpatient pharmacy services. The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacy Manager is responsible for ensuring that the pharmacy department meets all legal, accreditation and certification requirements, and complies with all applicable policies, procedures, codes and standards of the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years of clinical experience
- 3+ years of ! inpatient supervisor experience
- B.S. or Pharm.D.
- Clear MN license
