! Overview:
The Regional Manager is responsible for crea! ting and implementing initiatives designed to grow sales for all Becker Professional Education (BPE) products within an assigned territory. They successfully manage and lead a team of Field Marketing Specialists; monitoring objectives, profitability goals, client partnerships and customer relations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Adhere to and embrace our TEACH values
Select, train, coach and develop direct reports
Meet/exceed regional enrollment and revenue goals
Lead and manage their team to ensure quality engagements and presentations are delivered at colleges and companies
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Champion efforts to grow existing and new product sales
Drive accountability by conducting performance evaluations
Provide regular performance feedback to direct reports; work with each colleague to create goals, monitor and measure progress
Provide one-on-one coaching
Assist in developi! ng and implementing individual development plans for each colleague
Work with Director of Business Development and Sales to develop and implement annual operating plans to grow BPE business while providing superior customer service
Assist Field Marketing Specialists in negotiating contracts with accounting firms, universities, and societies to become partners and offer joint programs
Review and analyze reporting to identify trends and adjust go-to-market strategy accordingly
Innovate and encourage creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to continually add value to our client relationships
Assist Field Marketing Specialists in the procurement, submission and usage of accounting inquiries
Coach and drive accountability with Field Marketing Specialists to maximize the performance of Campus Ambassador
Partner with Lead Faculty and Regional Faculty Manager to achieve classroom marketing objectives
Work with team and internal partners to ensure mark! eting materials are up-to-date and effective for promoting BPE products! in the Field
Partner with operations team to assist with logistics, including scheduling classrooms, instructors and materials distribution, as needed
Develop and execute an annual expense budgets
Monitor and approve time off, expenses, office supplies, marketing invoices, marketing materials and all other Region expenses
Complete other projects and duties as assigned

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a business related discipline.
Professional credential (i.e., CPA) helpful but not required.
At ! least 8 years experience, preferably in sales and/or marketing, management or business development.
Strong supervisory skills required.
Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including effective presentation and public speaking skills required.
Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to market, sell, and communicate BPE’s program to a wide audience.
Ability to create and implement new initiatives.
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to effectively manage others in a home office based environment.
General PC and Microsoft Office skills required.
