JOB FUNCTION/MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Clinical
R! N will perform client admission assessments including submissi! on of documents for prior authorization of client services
Develop a plan of care
Review client medical data to determine effectiveness of services
RN may investigate and take appropriate actions on client/employee concerns
Supervisory
RN will ensure that aides are properly oriented and trained
Perform periodic supervisory visits and performance evaluations for aides
Ensure the maintenance of acquisition of optimal functioning level for each client
Administrative
Timely completion of required documentation and transfer of client medical data
Maintain accurate and comprehensive client medical data
Participates on the RN advisory board or other agency quality assurance committees
Communication
RN will set goals with direct supports
Demonstrate fairness in handling employee/client issues
REQUIREMENTS
RN must have Medicare Home Care exp! erience
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed in the state of Minnesota as an RN
Must have a minimum of one (1) year prior RN experience
Must be able to lift, turn, position, and transfer, up to 50 pounds of weight
