Intensive Care Nurse - ICU Nurse - (ICU RN)
MUST HAVE:

SHIFT: 12 D/N, every other weekend, may consider straight 12 N
GENERAL INFO:
New tower with a 28 bed ICU, state of the art equipment and larger rooms.
Critical care nurses (CCU RNs) assist in the treatment of acutely ill patients with life-threatening conditions, in settings requiring continuous vigilance, complex assessment, and high-intensity therapies and interventions. Working with the patients and their families, ICU RNs strive to create healing, humane and caring environments while also focusing on patient advocacy, working in settings such as intensive care units and cardiac care units, where patients require complex assessment, high-intensity therapies and interventions, and continuous nursing vigilance.

With a staff of more than 400 physicians, this 489-bed regional medical center off! ers a full spectrum of patient care, including specialties in ! neurology, geriatrics, gynecology, gastroenterology, nephrology, urology, cancer care, and cardiac services. Designated as a Magnet facility by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), this hospital has also received accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and The Joint Commission, which also certified the facility as a Primary Stroke Center.
