Qualifications
Masters Degree in Nursing or Advanced Practice certification. Actively enrolled in an APN/CNS pr! ogram
3-5 years clinical experience in area of orthop! edics specialty. Orthopedic certification (ie. NAON) highly preferred
Experienced in clinical and quality improvement activities
Proven clinical skills in Orthopedics/Spine
Proactive and open communication
Ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
Demonstrated leadership skill: systems thinking, conceptual skills and collaboration with others
Expertise in teaching others
Ability to interpret research finding in area of specialization so to build content into best of practice tools and processes
Able to work independently and self directed
Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
