Responsibilities
Establish a therapeutic relationship with patient/family that is patient centered
Provides competent care
Create a caring environment and provide care that is coordinated
Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Current MN RN license
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current experience as a registered nurse in Med/Surg or Rehab preferred
BLS Certification
Current experience as a charge nurse preferred
New grads will be considered based on unit need
Skills:
Demonstrates caring behaviors of listening, respect, compassion, critical thinking, good judgement and communication skills
RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League f! or Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility.
Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule
Part time position (28 hours per week)
Day/Evening shifts
Work Schedule: 7am - 3pm & 3 - 11pm
Every other weekend rotation
