Responsibilities Practices professiona! l nursing to provide patient care through use of the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation and evaluation Provides coordination of all nursing care from the point of admission through the discharge Works in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, appropriately delegates nursing care to other direct care team members Qualifications Education/Experience Current MN RN license in good standing BSN preferred RN graduate of accredited (NLN) school of nursing that included student nursing clinical rotation/experiences in acute care facilities 1 or more year of acute care experience is preferred BLS Skills Critical thinking and problem solving skills Strong assessment and clinical skills Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Good delegation skills Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and be a team player Excellent verbal and written communication skills Pa! y,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time position 32 hours/week Evening shift Every other weekend MNA contract RN hires with less than 1 year of RN experience must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing (American Association of Colleges of Nursing or The National League for Nursing) which is inclusive of a clinical rotation in an acute care facility.
