LPN position for the long term care facility at CentraCare Health - Monticello Care Center.!

Nursing duties including therapeutics and medication based on plan of care. Documentation, orders, admission/discharge and care plan development. Identifies and acts appropriately in emergency situations. Initial and on-going resident assignment. Supervises delivery of care. Gives instruction to staff regarding care.

Must have current MN LPN license and CPR certification. Geriatric experience preferred.
