License Requirements:
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state of Minnesota
- Certification as a Public Health Nurse preferred
- Current CPR certification or completion of certification during orientation period for clinical supervisors
- Valid Class D driver's license in state of residency with an acceptable driving record required with annual proof of auto insurance per hospital policy.
Experience Required:
- Two years supervisory/management experience.
- One to two years of health or hospice experience preferred! .
Education Required:
- Graduate ! from an accredited school of nursing required (nursing supervisors)
- Graduate from accredited school of physical, occupational or speech therapy (Rehab supervisor)
- Appropriate business certification or experience (billing and Medical Records supervisors)
- Bachelors degree in nursing or health related field preferred
