The Surgery Center Manager will provide oversight of the dayâ€"toâ€"day operations of the center, manage center staff, maintain financial budgets, collaborate with other Surgery Center Managers on staffing and development and implementation of policy and procedure. This position is full time, Monday through Friday and is based at our ne! w Vadnais Heights Ambulatory Surgery Center opening early 2014! . A CNOR is desirable. Candidates will also have BS in Nursing and a minimum of two years of experience in a nursing charge, supervisor or manager role, preferably in the ambulatory surgery ce! nter setting. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills required.
