Nurse Practitioners and Physician assistants are needed to complete home health assessments in Hennepin, Kandiyohi and Dakota County. Client is willing to provide travel and hotel accommodations for providers working two or more consecutive days. Client is flexible and will take full time as well as part time providers. A nurse practitioner (NP)(locum tenens) is a registered nurse (RN) with specialization in a specific area of medicine, such as family medicine or pediatrics. A nurse practitioner has completed a master’s program in nursing and has earned board certification in a chosen specialty. An NP is able to provide a wide range of medical services, from conducting physical examinations and taking down patient history to performing more complex procedures such as bone marrow biopsies.
