Role Summary
The Director of Global Operations is a key leadership role responsible for driving execution of critical initiatives that align with the company's overall strategy! This person will lead a team responsible for defining key initiatives in the annual plan, managing execution and communication of those initiatives, and reporting progress and results to the Executive Leadership Team and Board. The Director of Global Operations will be responsible for ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the company's growth objectives and driving operational excellence across the organization. This role reports directly to the VP, Global Operations & Office of CEO.
What you’ll get to do
- Work closely with the Office of CEO and Executive Leadership Team to define and implement the company's strategic priorities and growth objectives
- Oversee a team responsible for identifying and prioritizing key initiatives, managing execution and communication of those initiatives, and reporting progress and results to the Executive Leadership Team and Board
- Ensure that all initiatives are aligned with the company's overall strategy and growth objectives
- Drive operational excellence across the organization through effective execution and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives
- Manage and develop a high-performing team of business operations and transformation professionals
Must-have Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting, with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of success in developing and driving complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with team members at all levels of the organization
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment preferred
- Strong leadership and people management experience

Please note that the base pay range is a guideline and for candidates who receive an offer, the base pay will vary based on factors such as work location as set out below, as well as the knowledge, skills and experience of the candidate. In addition to base pay, this role is eligible for incentive compensation and may be eligible for equity or long-term cash awards.

Base Pay Range
SF Bay Area, Seattle Metro, and New York City Metro Area
Base Pay Range: $190,400.00 - 261,800.00 per year
California (excludes SF Bay Area), Washington (excludes Seattle Metro), Washington DC Metro, and Massachusetts
Base Pay Range: $172,800.00 - 237,600.00 per year
All other cities and states excluding California, Washington, Massachusetts, New York City Metro Area and Washington DC Metro Area.
Base Pay Range: $156,800.00 - 215,600.00 per year
