Our Company vision, âÂÂCaring for Those Who Cared for usâ led us to create this unique care model that coordinates and d! elivers dental, optometry, audiology and podiatric professionals directly to our aging population. In House Senior Services operates a comprehensive mobile care model that provides services to seniors in their communities; i.e., nursing homes, independent living facilities, and assisted living facilities to the entire state of Minnesota. We found in talking with patients, family members and care facilities that many of these services are not available to seniors, particularly in the rural areas. Our goal is to provide appropriate, necessary and cost-effective care to residents who would otherwise have to travel sometimes hours away to see a specialist. The advantage, especially when working with the elderly or disabled residents, is that the care center is a familiar place, so these types of appointments become easier and less stressful on the patient.
