RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in preparation of study materials and training of investigators
- Reviews clinical data/information and oversees data correction
- Evaluates and analyzes clinical data
- Serves as a medical/scientific consultant to marketing or research project teams and government regulatory agencies
- We are looking to use this contractor for data review not site facing work
- Performs data review, reviews data discrepancies, generates reports
- Assists with resolution and follow-up of site data issues
- Provides support for clinical study sites to assure data integrity and protocol compliance
- Interfaces with representatives from key functional groups including Clinical Research Specialist, Monitor, Field Clinical, Scientist
- Assists with overall successful conduct of assigned clinical studies consistent with applicable regu! lations, guidelines, and policies
- Assists in preparat! ion of study materials and/or training
- Tracks and maintains study documentation
- May prepare clinical case summaries
- Sets up and maintains accurate clinical study files
- Assists clinical staff with other duties as requested
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
- Excellent PC Experience
- Internet Usage PC Experience
- Data Entry Skills
- Software Application Knowledge
- DART MS Publisher, MS Visio Siebel, Documentum Business Objects, MS Project, Right Fax, Datafax and Oracle Clinical skills
- Acrobat Reader, MS Outlook ,MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
- Nursing Degree
- 1 â" 3 years General Experience in a Clinical Study Research Environment
- 3 - 5 Years General Experience in a Health Care or Business Related Field
- Undergraduate ! Degree required
- Experience with neurologic diseases such as Parkinson s Disease, Essential Tremor, Dystonia, OCD, CRPS, FBSS, Urinary Incontinence, Urinary Retention, Fecal Incontinence, Malignant Non-Malignant Pain, Spasticity, and their treatments including: Deep Brain Stimulation, Spinal Cord Stimulation, Sacral Nerve Stimulation, Implantable Infusion Systems
