Description: Fairview Health Services is at the momment seeking for LPN-ICU right now, this occupation will be placed in Minnesota. LPN in ICU at Fairview Ridges Hospital works under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Physician or authorized practitioner and in collaboration with other members of the healthcare team. Perform delegated nursing and ! medical functions of data collection and delivery of care to an assigned group of patients. 12 bed ICU.
Will be trained in HUC role (reception,transcription, faxing,charts)

Job Qualifications:
Must have current MN LPN licensure or by hire date.
Requires ability to provide written validation of current basic life support competency or ability to obtain written validation within 30 days of hire.
Previous LPN work experience or support role work experience (na,nst,pca, pct) required,
Must be able to work 6 shifts d/e rotation without any scheduling conflicts in two weeks.
Physical demands: Sitting, standing, walking, lifting -max 35lbs, push/pull-max. 35 lbs, balance, stooping/crouching, grasping, writing, finger dexterity/keyboarding, reaching, color vision, operate machinery, physical presence at work
Mental Demands: Frequent people contact, irregular! work schedule, detailed work, frequent interruptions, decisio! n making skills, concentration, ability to work independent, multiple concurrent tasks, frequent deadlines, organizational skills, ability to collaborate with others, express ideas orally, remember and apply information, understand/follow basic instruction
