Description: Essentia Health is hiring RN - ER & Hospital Ada, MN (PT) right now, this job will be placed in Minnesota. Take Blood Pressure of all patients as ordered by physician. Confer with the LPN on treatment list, routines and new ordered. Char! t AM observations, complaints, temperatures, pulse and respirations. Supervise trays and diets, making sure all necessary trays are withheld.
Must be a Registered Nurse with required state licensure. Excellent technical, and documentation skills. Ability to organize work flow, respond to emergencies, set a professional example and note detail. Restorative care philosophy, excellent professional skills and good communication and organization skills. Certified in BCLS.
Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. PT (0.5)
