Description: Fairview Health Services is at present recruited Nursing Assistant Med/Surg Oncology right now, this career will be placed in Minnesota. The Nursing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse in the delivery of daily patient care, including bathing, oral hygiene, repositioning, ambulating! , transporting, feeding and documentation. The Nursing Assistant works under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, teamwork and communication skills, with patients, families and the health care team. The qualified candidate must be organized and able to prioritize work to meet the needs of patients on a fast paced medical/ surgical unit.
The schedule will include an every other weekend rotation.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Licensure/Certification/Registration- MN NA Registry or enrolled in a accredited School of Nursing
Current BLS certification with American Heart Assoc. or American Red Cross as a Health Care Provider required.
Written, oral, computer and interpersonal communication skill required
A self starter, who is passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience, will receive top consideration.
Hospital CNA! experience preferred.
