Job Description
Provides nursing assessment of the actual or potential health needs of individuals; providing nursing care supportive to or restorative of life by functions such as skilled ministration of nursing care, supervising and teaching nursing personnel, health teaching and counseling, case finding, and referral to other health resources; includes both independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions which may be performed in collaboration with other health team members, or may be delegated by the professional nurse to other nursing personnel. Independent nursing function may also be performed autonomously.
Basic Qualifications:
Graduate of an approved Registered Nursing program required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
Other Qualifications:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able t! o work collaboratively with others.
License or Cer! tification:
BLS & ACLS certification and Registered Nursing (RN) License in the state of Minnesota required. Chemo/infusion certification (ONS) required within 1 year of hire.

Hours/Pay Period: 64
Schedule Details: M-F, day shift; flexible start times.
