Description: Lakewood Health System is looking of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner/Clinical Nurse Specialist/ Physician Assistant right now, this vacancy will be placed in Minnesota. Position will function as independent, primary provider of psychiatric nursing servic! es to outpatients; clinic based and contracted care centers. Care will also be provided in geriatric inpatient unit on an as needed basis. Position may have involvement with Medical Home, Palliative Care, and Womens’ Health Programs as well.
Position is full-time working 80 hours/ pay period. Shifts are days; flexibility required. Alternate work schedules are open for discussion.
