We are currently hiring for a TCU Program Director in our White Bear Lake facility. The TCU Program Director will be responsible for the overall supervision and coordination of our brand new 40 bed TCU (Transitional Care Unit). The Program Director shall provide comprehensive standards, practices, and programs that meet the needs and best interests of the facility and residents.
The TCU Program Director assures that the highest degree of quality resident/patient care, customer service, fiscal responsibility, and regulatory compliance is maintained at all times and will exemplifying the core values of Cerenity Senior Care.
Qualifications:
Qualifications Required
Current state RN licensure, which must be in good standing
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to maximiz! e team interaction and contribution
Ability to commun! icate effectively orally and in writing
Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
Ability to mentor and supervise personnel to assure adequate and competent patient care
Demonstrated great customer service and employee problem resolution skills
Must have knowledge in MDS, payer systems and contracts
Manages multiple priorities and manage time effectively within a flexible schedule
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three years RN supervisory or management experience
Knowledge of rules, regulations and standards governing long-term care
Prior hospital or nursing home experience
Ability to handle inquiries and communicate effectively with referral sources
Skills and Abilities:
This is a full time days, 80 hours a pay period position with some potentially evenings and weekends as the work dictat! es.
