We are currently searching for a Nurse Manager to work in our men's residential facility,
Cedar Ridge loc! ated in Stillwater. Cedar Ridge offers chemical dependency tre! atment for men and provides individual care and treatment that is tailored to the unique needs and abilities of the client. Cedar Ridge is a residential treatment program that provides multiple levels of chemical dependency care for our clients in serene setting.
Responsibilities: In conjunction with the Program Director, assures that all nursing services are available and are consistent with overall client care, staffing ratios and program policies and procedures. Monitors that all State and Federal requirements are met, organizes and directs facility functions and activities to achieve objectives and comply with regulatory requirements.
Qualified Candidates will have:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing
2 years experience in a supervisory position
Strong communications skills
Strong leadership skills
Experience in a chemical dependency/mental health facility preferred
