Children†s Hospitals and Clinics of Minnesota is seeking enthusiastic BE/BC Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our well-established hospital employed physician group to work at our Minneapolis and St. Paul campuses. We are one of the ten largest children†s hospital systems in the United States and the 7th busiest pediatric emergency department in the nation with over! 90,000 emergency department visits at our Minneapolis and St ! Paul campuses and another 8,000 at our two suburban satellite ED†s. We provide 158 †180 hours of provider coverage/day across the system.
Our emergency medicine services are rapidly growing as we provide care to an 11 county region. Our group currently consists of 39 BC/BE PEM physicians, 14 pediatric nurse practitioners and 6 PEM Fellows. We pride ourselves on strong clinical care, child advocacy and research. Additionally, our department is a primary regional teaching site for 8 residency programs in pediatrics, med/peds, emergency medicine and family medicine.
Our robust PEM Fellowship program has graduated 45 PEM physicians over the past 21 years. Qualifications: This position requires eligibility for a MN license, BC in Pediatrics OR Emergency Medicine and completion of fellowship training/BE in Pediatric Emergency Medicine by hire date.
