Currently, Cerenity Senior Care Humboldt Campus has an immediate openings for Full & Part Time RN / LPN’s in our Care Center. These positions are non-contract positions with a starting wage of $22.56 / $17.66 per hour with no experience. Experience is rewarded in pay.
The Nursing! duties include but are not limited to assuming responsibility! and accountability for patients/residents through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The qulified nurse will effectively interact with patiens/residents, family members, responsible pary and other health team members, while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Nurses will plan, supervise and evaluate care of each patient/resident as well as ensure the status of each patient/resident condition is effectively communicated to the physician.
Required qualifications include graduation from an accredited nursing program and current Minnesota license in good standing. Must be able to identify, prioritize, coordinate, communicate and assign work for self and others. Must be able to support elders, family members and others ensuring a compassionate and caring atmosphere with strong customer service skills . Previous experience in long term care is helpful, but not required.
