We seek a Resource Registered Nurse to work in our Inp! atient Services department. Under general supervision, plans, directs, implements and evaluates total nursing care; relates effectively with other shifts for continuity of care; maintains quality relations with other departments and the interdisciplinary team; serves on rapid response team (RRT). Accepts assignments in and acts as a resource to various clinical areas. All in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines and regulations.
Minimum Qualificaitons:
Current MN RN license
Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
Current Critical Care experience required
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Ability to obtain NRP, TNCC and CALS certification within one year of employment
Basic word processing and email skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Organizational, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to work in a team environment and/or ! work independently as needed
Ability to effectively use an Electronic Medical Record
Preferred Qualifications:
BSN
NRP, TNCC and CALS certification
