REQ7787 Craftsman, Property Services (Open)
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary function of this position are daily managing and maintaining the equipment and system in the Property of Studio City.
The Craftsman will work in tandem with Craftsman and/or engineers/manager depending on the nature of the works being undertaken.
The duties will include daily monitoring and logging and carry out periodic maintenance pertinent to his allocated tasking.
Assist in other areas of the department scope.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily monitoring, in lie with set SOP’s, of equipment under the departments reasonability.
- Carry out periodic maintenance of equipment under the department’s reasonability.
- Fault find and diagnose problems with the above mentioned equipment.
- Ensure that all procedures are followed by him, and his team members.
- Work on a shift basis as workload requires.
- Given the complexity and the risk related with the equipment under responsibility of the department, ensure that all technical operation and procedures are safe.
- Assist to ensure that his department have good inventor of spare parts.
- Assist with developing a high level of professional standards and promote it within the team.
- Assist with and manage different service and consult contracts
- Maintain good relationship with Contractors in order to get the best service possible
- Assist in operation appointed tasks.

- Assist to achieve a successful operation of the equipment, plant, facilities and system under department scope.
- Ability to carry out the operation and maintenance work skilfully and carefully.
- Prepare to work additional and alternative duties as required.
- Ready to work at irregular hours, including weekends, holidays and overnight.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- 1 - 2 years working experience in a mechanical, electrical or automation in a similar capacity
Education (please indicate minimum and preferred academic requirements)
- Secondary school certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated discipline, or equivalent professional training is preferred
- Candidates without any trade certificates but with solid experience will also be considered
Skills / Competencies

indicate requisite competencies that are qualified for the position)
- Able to read and communicate in Cantonese/Mandarin and able to speak English is preferred
- Good technical knowledge of various central plant, E&M systems and equipment
- Holding of valid Macau Construction Industry Safety Card is an advantage
- Perform other duties as and when required very last minute and at time of emergency
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Frequently/Occasional ascending or descending ladders and/or ramps and ability to work in high rise site
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work on flexible shift including overnight, weekends and holiday on rotation basis
- Ability to work on overtime when needed
- Good health, physically fit and excellence in personal grooming and presentation
