The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Objectives & Responsibilities of this Role
- With a primary responsibility of supporting the Marketing team, primarily providing support to the marketing department as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and marketing campaigns run efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
- Cold reach out to prospects via social media.
- Interaction with SM audience, commenting, posting, responding
- Big plus if you can create graphics/PowerPoint presentations with Canva.

- Webinar Marketing
- Social Media Marketing
- Familiarity with basics of Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media best practices
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Outlook, and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- Available 10am EST - 6pm EST
