Marketing Assistant

We are currently looking for a marketing assistant to be the supportive force that empowers our senior leadership and makes campaigns run smoothly. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Objectives & Responsibilities of this Role

  • With a primary responsibility of supporting the Marketing team, primarily providing support to the marketing department as directed to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished, and marketing campaigns run efficiently.

  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business
  • Cold reach out to prospects via social media.
  • Interaction with SM audience, commenting, posting, responding
  • Big plus if you can create graphics/PowerPoint presentations with Canva.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Webinar Marketing
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Familiarity with basics of Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media best practices
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, Outlook, and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
  • Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
  • Available 10am EST - 6pm EST

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
