Full Job Description:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for all things social when it comes to our brand. You’ll work across all owned digital channels.

Your ultimate goal is to help our overall business growth through using social to facilitate lead generation, lead nurturing, as well as back-end client experience.

What You’ll Do:

-Manage all social media channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and more

-Work with the marketing team to create a social calendar

-Work alongside the visual designer to create content for all social channels

-Act as the voice of NLT on social channels by interacting with our following via direct messages and comments

-Seek out partner collaborations to grow our social following just as IG shoutouts

-Schedule and quality control all owned social media posts

-Drive organic growth by nurturing all social channels to build brand awareness and drive new leads, appointments, and customers

-Help drive social strategy across owned channels, developing voice, content, and brand pillars

-Analyze, report on, and optimize social media performance to grow following, increase engagement, and boost impressions

-Analyze and report on sentiment and themes of direct messages and comments

-Manage our marketing budget spend

-To summarize: Be all-in and own our social media. Think like a CEO/Growth expert!

What You’ll Bring:

-1+ years of experience in social media marketing and/or social media community management

-You have previously developed content for and helped grow the social media presence of a brand/company

-Experience using social media scheduling and reporting tools

-You are a social media trend-spotter who is in tune with current events

-You take pride in being the voice of your brand

-You are a self-starter and creative problem solver

-You bring a positive attitude to any challenge

-You are passionate about the coaching & consulting space

-You are a creative writer and storyteller by nature; you have a mastery of grammar and tone

-You can independently design, execute, and maintain ROI-focused social campaigns

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $2,000.00 per month
