St. Elizabeth's Medical Center, Wabasha, Minnesota, a member of Ministry HealthCare, offers a full continuum services with a hometown touch. We're currently seeking the following professional to join us in providing compassionate, holistic care to our patients: Licensed Practical Nurse, Long Term Care, Full Time (32 hours/week) Essential Job Functions: Adheres to the established standards of care in each department in providing safe, quality nursing care to residents.
Under the supervision of the RN, assists the RN in utilizing the nursing process in providing nursing care related, but not limited to, the following: Assessment, Planning, Implementation, Evaluation Full Job Description available upon request Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing with a current Minnesota license to practice as an LPN. CPR certified. Computer skills preferred. Experience in a similar setting preferred, but not required Accept flexible work hours.
