Allina Home and Community Services (AHCS) is the trusted provider and expert resource in delivering patient-centered care and services for patients and families needing rehabilitation, advanced-illness or end-of-life care. With headquar! ters located in St. Paul, Minn., services are provided in 19 M! innesota counties, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and successful launch/reintroduction of an Allina Health Home Infusion Pharmacy department, including the overall planning, development, implementation, business management and evaluation of Allina Health Home Infusion Pharmacy services, programs, policies, practice standards and activities. Ensures the quality and safe provision of Home Infusion services to Allina patients & families; maintains & ensures compliance with all applicable State Board of Pharmacy, as well al all applicable national, state rules and regulations all aspects of the operations. Obtains and maintains full Accreditation status as required by either/both State & Federal supplier standards. Pro-forma net revenue projection is $15-22 million, 18-25% net margin.
Qualifications
Minimum Master's in Business or Health Care field; and/or Pharm. D. degree. Minimum of 10-15! + years of progressively responsible Home Infusion / Pharmacy industry leadership experience is required. Licensure/Certifications:
License required: State of Minnesota (and/or functional equivalent upon hire) Pharmacist OR Registered Nurse License, as required by law and/or regulatilon.' Operating facility must also obtain and maintain State of Minnesota Pharmacy and/or Controlled Substance Licenses as required by law . Skills:
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the management of a home and/or ambulatory infusion pharmacy. Ability to communicate/collaborate effectively with multiple disciplines. Outstanding writing and speaking skills.
