Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. RiverView Health is taking applications for a full-time Care Center Administrator. The Care Center Administrator will be responsible for providing high quality service and quality care to the re! sidents of the Care Center. This person will carry out his/her duties by adhering to the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct, act in the best interest of both the resident and RiverView Health, and fully support the mission, vision and standards of behavior of RiverView Health. This person will have knowledge of health care systems, and have demonstrated the ability to interact, relate to, work with, and support the activities of a diverse workforce and diverse resident population.
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate competence in problem-solving, critical thinking, and process improvments. Applicant must have a MN Nursing Home Administrator License and a BA in Health Care Administration or Long Term Care Center. Previous experience in Long Term Care setting is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
