Our Private Duty Nursing Service is a fast growing, dynamic department and we are in search of the right professional to join our group of customer focused staff.
Duties may include:
Creating and maintaining schedules
Verifying timesheets
Monitoring client hours
Arranging training
Other administrative duties & special projects
On-call duties

Functions :
The following list of job functions is not exhaustive or absolute. These functions may change from time-to-time and other tasks and functions may be assigned at the discretion of management.
Creates monthly schedules for field staff and clients to inform them of date, time, hours scheduled and includes which case(s) the employee will be working on the ! following month.
Reviews and utilizes nurse’s availability schedules to create an obtainable work schedule.
Verifies timesheets against master schedule to ensure staff have completed hours as scheduled. Assures timely submission of field staff timesheets to corporate payroll.
Monitors client hours including frequencies per Plan of Care and communicates with Director of Nursing and Case Manager. Completes Alternate Scheduling Notifications as needed.
Organizes the schedule as needed to fulfill staffing commitments to clients in absence of scheduled nurse and/or in an emergency situation.
Performs data entry by creating correspondence, memos, forms, etc as needed.
Establishes home orientation schedule for field nurses in collaboration with Case Managers and/or Director of Nursing.
Conducts research, compiles, prepares copies, collates, files, composes, and types routine and confidential correspondence, reports, ! data, documents, records, printed materials and other complex documents! as needed.
Maintains records for Quality Improvement Program, including assigned audits, audit results and database.
