Description: Cuyuna Regional Medical Center is in need of Clinical Nurse Educator (RN) right now, this position will be placed in Minnesota. The Clinical Nurse Educator, as a liaison and clinical partner, assesses, plans, designs, implements, trains and evaluates clinical education for CRMC. This ! includes orientation, competency and education. Partners with all clinical units across the campus; hospital, care center, surgery, senior housing, clinic and home care. Assures best practice in approach to clinical education.
Education and Experience: Clinical Nurse Specialist or Master in Nursing with Critical Care Focus preferred, accredited BA/BSN required. Minimum of 5 years of critical care experience required.
Special Skills and Aptitudes: Passion for education is essential. Ability to educate and communicate effectively in a variety of settings and with a wide variety of people. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills. Sensitivity and awareness of differing learning styles. Is a positive, enthusiastic ambassador in all interactions. Effective interpersonal relationship skills including good listening and communication skills. Ability to develop effective relationships with various stakeholders.
