- This is a Continuing 9 month position*
- Completion of an accredited LPN program.
- Current licensure by the state of Minnesota to practice as an LPN with no restrictions.

- Oversee medical and pharmaceutical supplies in assigned clinical areas.

- Maintain infection control practices.

- Administer prescribed medicines and immunizations.
- Implement provider orders according to policies, procedures, protocols and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments.
- Perform Point of Care testing and assigned procedures.
- Collect and process lab specimens.
- Perform phlebotomy.
- Place lab orders.
- Prepare referrals.
- Demonstrate computer! literacy, including but not limited to, data entry, retrieval, and rep! ort generation.
- Document all information necessary to maintain an accurate record of nursing actions, patients' reactions to care and resulting patient outcomes.
- Document pertinent medical communication with patients.

- Answer phones, route messages and return calls as directed by registered nurses and medical providers.
