Any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills is qualifying. Typical qualifications would be completion of a degree and current Minnesota state license as a registered nurse and two (2) years clinical nursing experience in a related field. HIV interest/experience preferred.

Requires interaction with a diverse population. Skilled in nursing observation and assessment, intervention, and implementation, and patient care. Skilled in data organization and analysis. Knowledge of nursing theory and process; knowledge of theories and principles of clinical research. - May solicit participation and assess potential candidacy of research subjects.
