CSR - Customer Service Representative

Title: Customer Service Rep and Trainer

We are looking for a highly skilled customer service representative and trainer to join our team. This team member will interact with our customers and address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs related to our suite of products as well as provide basic training on our software.

The position is responsible for

· Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries

· Communicating with customers through various channels

· Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

· Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

· Communicating and coordination with colleagues as necessary

· developing and executing training plans and training materials

· scheduling on-line training sessions with customers

· providing software instruction/training to the customer’s employees.

· answer questions related to functionality of our software

· provide demonstration/presentation of software when needed for prospective clients

· review results and trainee feedback to improve training materials, as well as identify and develop additional software training opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate will possess

· Minimum High School Degree or equivalent

· Strong analytical skills and have a minimum of 2 years customer service experience

· Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels

· Strong organizational, planning, and motivational skills

· Ability to quickly set up anduse a communications platform that allows users to connect with video, audio, phone, and chat (Zoom/RingCentral, etc) is a plus, though not required.

· Presentation software and experience with PowerPoint is desirable.

This is a Virtual/Remote position. Work with a very committed and dedicated team who are passionate about what we do.
