Position: Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in the success of our American Family Life Insurance- Aflac location. We are looking for a customer-oriented person with a positive attitude and a can-do attitude. The person in this position is excited to work in a fast-paced environment and will help our customers get the best from our service by being proactive in communicating with them, understanding their needs, and helping them get the best from their insurance needs.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly manner, providing an excellent customer experience

  • Handle customer inquiries about insurance policies, rates, and coverage information
  • Assist customers with claims by providing necessary information and following up
  • Answer customer questions about coverage, rates, and plans offered by the company
  • Conduct walk-throughs of damage claims to ensure that customers' needs are met by the claims department
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat about products and services to provide excellent customer service (a great CSR will be humble)
  • Ensure that the office area is clean and presentable at all times so that it is pleasing to customers and the sales team
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management
  • Attend training sessions on product knowledge, company values, and service standards to maintain effective team member

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
