Receptionist


 

```Duties```
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding company services and products
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with order entry and processing
- Manage front desk activities including receiving and distributing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in customer support or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional appearance and demeanor
