At Fairview Milaca Clinic we are seeking a board-eligible/board-certified nurse practitioner or physician, to join our team. Several physicians within this practice provide OB care. On-site clinic services for patients of all ages include: preventive medicine, comprehensive physical exams, complete well-baby and pediatric care, gynecologic care, prenatal and OB care, and minor office surgeries and procedures.

Fairview Milaca Clinic is committed to providing high-quality, personalized medical care for the entire family.
The five family medicine practitioners work collaboratively with more than 40 physicians from surrounding clinics including internal medicine, pediatrics, Ob/Gyn, sports medicine and general surgery. Many other subspecialists are available through extensive outreach programs.
Onsite services include pharmacy and diagnostic services including lab, X-ray, and mobile mammography.
We have a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and every provider uses the EMR.
Practitioners work a 4-5 day workweek with an expectation of 36 patient contact hours per week. Clinic hours are Mon.-Frid. 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
We use a primary nursing model where practitioners work primarily with the same CMA/LPN.
Practitioner leadership is valued, encouraged and supported at all levels of our organization.
