This position serves as the primary communicator between the company and the client during the implementation phase and is ultimately accountable for the successful delivery of the products and services included in the clients contract. The Associate IPM is accountable for successfully managing the timeline and project tasks of the MDI Achieve product deployment projects. Additional responsibilities include becoming a subject matter expert for the data entry into CRM database to ensure quality project tracking, collaborating with Finance, Sales, and Implementation teams, as well as providing recommendations for methodologies. IDEAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to develop and maintain strong client work relationships that leads to reference clients Knowledge and experience in the Project Management discipline and PMP principles Software implementation experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Prefer post-acute care industry knowledge and or experience working in a Skilled Nursing environment Strong people management, negotiation, persuasion, and coaching skills Strong knowledge of MS Office especially Excel Ability to deal with high-stressed fast paced environment and projects Proven ability to lead a cross functional team of resources working together on multiple projects EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration 1+ year software implementation project management experience in an external client environment
