The Wellst! ead of Rogers is a premier campus-style independent living, assisted living and memory care community owned by Five Star Quality Care. We care for all 4 stages of dementia at our campus as well as provide hospice care. We pride ourselves on the quality of care we provide our residents and the attention we give to family members. We are currently seeking a service-oriented and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) .
The LPN will assume the role of Charge Nurse accordingly. Additionally the LPN assigns and provides direct supervision of personal care staff in accordance with the needs of the community.
Required Skills
Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a current License as a Practical Nurse in the state of Minnesota
Effective time management skills
Assessment and resident care skills
Knowledge of medication management principles and practices
The ability to adapt to the changing needs of the re! sidents
Supervisory skills
