BEST CARE, well established Class A licensed home health care agency in Minneapolis, serving the Twin Cities metro area for over 18 years, seeking a full-time qualified, dedicated LPN/RN.
The qualified candidate is responsible for the Skilled Nurse visits, Med Management, wound care. All nursing visits are done under the supervision of RN Case Manager. Good communication and computer skills are also preferred. New Grads are welcome
Qualified Candidates will have:
Flexible Monday thru! Friday hours. Weekend visit are paid on a per Diem basis

Ability to work independently with a diverse population
Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner, both orally and in writing
Ability to set priorities, coordinate and oversee the smooth delivery of services
