As a team member, the Home Health Aide will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident’s personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment and to support the mission and goals of the Benedictine Sisters Benevolent Association. Position requires a high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with residents, co-workers, and others that work and live at St. Scholastica Monastery.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or years experience required:
Completion of a home health! aide certification training program or equivalent.
Licensure/Certifications required:
HHA certification or ability to become certified within 90 days
A certified home health aide successfully completes a training and competency evaluation program that meets federal guidelines.
