Experience Required: • Baccalaureate degree in Nursing or related field.

• Certification in Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing Preferred
• Certification in Wound, Ostomy Nursing Required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Two years experience as a WOC nurse with demonstrated leadership, management or supervisory experience.
• Commitment to active participation in shared accountability and decision making for the continuous improvement of nursing practice.

Education Required: • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required

• Completion of an accredited Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nursing Education Program
• Licensure and current registration as a registered nurse in the state of Minnesota
