About the Team
Our Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) team is essential to enabling TikTok's sales teams to drive revenue at scale efficiently and strategically. This team is responsible for revenue planning and pricing, operational effectiveness in our tooling and sales processes, and ensuring productive and fruitful partnership cross-functionally across internal teams.

We are looking for a Program Manager, MSO - CRM Strategy & Operations who can be highly organized and collaborative, working closely with global cross functional teams across Global Business Solutions, Product, and supporting the Monetization Strategy & Operations team at large. This person will flawlessly translate and distill goals between business and technical stakeholders, with an ability to anticipate issues and take initiative to set and manage projects across regional teams on delivery goals, timelines, and expectations from research stage to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Define, build and lead global cross-functional programs to deliver end-to-end solutions that enable commercial insights development and delivery via online systems & practices.
  • Partner with GTM teams, regional MSO teams and product teams to keep stakeholders informed, set product adoption goals, develop GTM strategies, track and analyze performance, and drive adoption of CRM solutions.
  • Work with other global functions to drive policy and process standardization via system implementation.
  • Drive and influence product strategy and process optimization, proactively identify problems, align on priorities, and set direction for product team.
  • Responsible for consolidating and prioritizing business requirements in conjunction with GTM partners.
  • Build strong, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations.
Qualifications

Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of project management experience; digital media industry experience is a plus.
2. ERP (NetSuite, SAP) and/or CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365), Product Marketing or Consulting experience in the technology sector and demonstrated ability to contribute at strategic, operational and tactical levels.
3. Proficiency in project management methodology and tools, experience presenting to groups/C-level executives.
4. Experience managing complex cross-functional teams, track record of influencing behavior at a variety of levels in the organization, including cross-functional leaders.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $84000 - $194222 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
