Responsibilities The ADT nurses assist in patient flow throughout the hospital. They support admission process, discharge process and also transfers between patient care units, admits from the emergency room, direct admissions from outside facilities as well as working to help support PACU flow to inpatient nursing units. This specific ADT position directly supports the med/surg/NOS and tele areas of ANW. This position reports directly to the patient care manager of patient placement and takes direction on prioritization from the patient flow supervisor on off shifts.
This position is interview dependant MNA position Qualifications Education/Experience Minnesota RN license required, BSN preferred Minimum of 3 years med/surg or tele nursing experience in a hospital setting is required Position is MNA interview dependent BLS Skills Absolutely critical to have strong critical thinking skills, maintain strong communication skills, ability to probl! em solve in fast past environment and have the ability to understand and work with all disciplines. Strong computer skills important Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Part time (30 hours/week) 11:30 a.m.- 9:30 p.m. evening shifts Occasional weekends MNA contract Location/Community Information Minneapolis boasts being both cosmopolitan yet small enough that you can find a place to call home whether on a lake, golf course, or in an adjoining suburb.
