We are currently recruiting for a Program management champion responsible for coordination of key development projects across organization from design to product launch.
Client interface and management on key development and implementation projects and pilots.
The ability to understand the client’s vision and create executable solutions! that are measurable and deliver on the value proposition

Ability to build and empower cohesive cross-functional work teams without having direct organizational responsibility
Accountable to senior leadership for the execution of the program
Apply stringent quality assurance measures while testing, implementing and monitoring the program to ensure performance levels are met
Manage multiple and/or complex project plans to ensure that development initiatives stay on course, on time and on budget
Support of organizational initiatives and special projects as assigned.
Medicare market experience
Product and Market management experience across multiple product areas
Ability to work in a very matrixed environment including consultants, UHC and internally within Optum
Flexibility in working style given highly demanding and detail orientated business relationship across UHC and with AARP.
Requirements
Minimum 7+ year’s experience managing ! large projects and/or leading multi-departmental workgroups.
Ability to effectively achieve goals in a matrix organization working in cross functional teams
Excellent team leadership and project management skills.
Exemplary communication and organization skills.
High energy, detail-oriented and creative individual linking activities to strategy.
A Bachelor’s degree with 7-10 year’s experience - healthcare preferred.
